Who Will Handle Your Data

Types of Personal Data
We collect your identification and contact information (especially name, email address, phone number, address), information necessary to assess your needs in the field of consultation and implementation of IT services, including the possibility of entering into a contract for the purchase or subscription of specific services or products with a relevant third party. In the case of negotiations leading to obtaining basic information services about how to contact consultation providers, we only provide consultation providers with your name, surname, phone number, and email.

Data Retention Period
Unless otherwise stated in the previous points, the Data Controller retains personal data:
  • For the period necessary to perform the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Data Controller and to assert claims from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years after the termination of the contractual relationship).
  • Until consent for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, if personal data is processed based on consent.
  • After the data retention period, the Data Controller will erase personal data.
How We Protect Your Personal Data
We implement various security measures to protect the personal data we process. These measures include technical security measures (securing virtual servers, logging access, secure storage of paper documents, etc.) and organizational measures (restricting access by employees in accordance with internal regulations).
Who We Can Share Your Data With
The Data Controllers may jointly or individually transfer your data to processors who provide IT services and other support services to them and to other processors of personal data contractually agreed upon by one of the Data Controllers, or to other Data Controllers, but only to the extent necessary to fulfill the individual processing purposes and based on the appropriate legal basis for processing personal data. Some processors may also process data in another EU state.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the EU. We may transfer your personal data to Suppliers whose services you express interest in or whom we evaluate as advantageous for you. In the event of your request for information services about how to contact IT service providers, we will provide your contact details to IT service providers. This provider may use them to verify in their internal system, even before your initial contact. Communication may take place between the IT service provider and the Data Controller for the purpose of settling the fee, if applicable, and whether the data provided led to the conclusion of a contract or not, and the amount of the final funds provided. In accordance with applicable laws, Data Controllers may be authorized to transfer certain personal data to public authorities.
Your Rights
To the extent guaranteed by data protection regulations, you can request access to your personal data, information about their processing, correction or deletion, request restrictions on processing, object to processing, seek explanations and remedies, and exercise data portability rights from Data Controllers. For the withdrawal of consent for data processing, where required, you can contact the Data Controller in writing (including electronically via email). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
